إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ ,نَحْمَدُهُ ,وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ , وَنَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا ,مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلَا مُضِلَّ لَهُ , وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ , وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَباَرِكْ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلىَ آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيْماً كَثِيْراً
My brothers and sisters,
The most loved ones of ALLAH SWT are the messengers, and from the 124k messengers ALLAH has sent, 5 are the most beloved ones to him, these are of higher rank. These are Prophet Nooh AS, Prophet Ibrahim AS, Prophet Musa AS, Prophet Issa AS, and our Rasool ALLAH Muhammad SAW. May ALLAH’s peace and blessings be upon all of them, Amen.
Every prophet is given different khasais (special characeters), also they were give different challenges during their prophethood.
Our Prophet SAW’s life is the chosen one for all of us to follow.
لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ۬ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ
Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes for (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day
ALLAH SWT has called him the Rahmat ul lil aalameen. The Rahma for both the worlds . He is the embodiment of Rahmah, and his message is rahmah, his living with the sahabah is rahmah.
Us Muslims, we havn’t seen the Rasool ALLAH SAW, our conviction in our hearts to his love is even stronger compared to anything we see with our eyes. Meaning our belief on Rasool ALLAH SAW is, and must be stronger than broad day light. We can doubt our eyes , but we cannot ever have any doubts about Rasool ALLAH SAW, his life, his risalah, and him being the Khatim al ambiya e wal mursaleen.
2nd thing is the uniqueness to the message revealed upon Rasool ALLAH SAW, i.e. the Quran. There is no contamination in it, ALLAH says We will protect it, we will take care of it and we will make sure it remains intact right upto the end.
3rd: Our Prophet SAW is the most praised on in the entire humanity. there is no human being who is ever praised before him, nor any person will be praised as even close to Muhammad SAW. He is praised by ALLAH SWT and all the malaikah. اِنَّ اللهَ وَمَلآ ئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلىَ النَّبِى And ALLAH SWT told us Muslims. النَّبِى يآ اَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِيْمًا
There is no instance of time in the world where He SAW is not praised, may it be when we saying Salat o salam on him as we just did. Or when we say our prayers, we finish every single prayer with salat on our Nabi SAW. Every time a moazzan anywhere in the world says Azan, he says أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدً رَسُوْلُ اللهَ
And the untimate praise will be given to him by humanity wil be on Yaum al qiyamah. When the humanity wil ask all the Prophets one by one to easy the tough time of Qiyamah, and to mediate with ALLAH. None of the prophet will be able to do that. It’s a long hadees, then in the end, they all come to our Rasool ALLAH SAW, and ask him to intercede and represent all humanity to go infront of ALLAH SWT and ask ALLAH to begin the reconning. And because he will represent ALL humanity, all humans will praise him. And he will be given a praise worthy station, which is called “Maqam al Mahmood” (which means the rank or station of Praise). And who better to be in this maqam al Mahmood than whose name is Muhammad.
For this month of Rabi al awwal which is the month of birth and passing away of our Rasool ALLAH SAW, we will Insha ALLAH continue with the aspects of his life.
May ALLAH grant us more and more love for our Prophet SAW, and grant us to follow his footsteps and his uswat al Hasanah
