إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ ,نَحْمَدُهُ ,وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ , وَنَعُوذُ
بِاللهِ مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا ,مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلَا مُضِلَّ لَهُ , وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ , وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَباَرِكْ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلىَ آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيْماً كَثِيْراً
My brothers and sisters,
Our Prophet SAW said: none of you can have Iman unless he loves Me over his father, his son, and all humanity. Love of Rasool ALLAH is primary essence of our Iman.
ALLAH SWT says in the Quran :
يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَـٰكَ شَـٰهِدً۬ا وَمُبَشِّرً۬ا وَنَذِيرً۬ا (٤٥) وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجً۬ا مُّنِيرً۬ا (٤٦) وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضۡلاً۬ كَبِيرً۬ا (٤٧) وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَدَعۡ أَذَٮٰهُمۡ وَتَوَڪَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَڪِيلاً۬
O Prophet (Muhammad SAW )! Verily, We have sent you as witness, and a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner, (45) And as one who invites to Allâh alone [and towards Islâm] by His Command, and as a lamp spreading light (through your instructions from the Qur’ân and the Sunnah). (46) And announce to the believers (in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger Muhammad SAW) the glad tidings, that they will have from Allâh a Great Bounty. (47) And obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and harm them not (in revenge for their harming you till you are ordered). And put your trust in Allâh, and Sufficient is Allâh as a Wakîl (Trustee, or Disposer of affairs). [Tafsir At-Qurtubi]
There are two sections of the Prophethood : one is initial Prophethood which is similar for all Ambiya and Rusul. Calling towards ALLAH SWT, calling towards Jannah and giving glad tidings of Jannah (Basheer); and warning from the hellfire (nazeer). Daii il ALLAH (calling towards ALLAH alone). These are common for all the Ambiya.
2nd is the completion of Prophethood which is specific to our Rasool ALLAH SAW. This is to make Islam as Deen il Haqq and make it the code of life. This is the final ordinance of ALLAH SWT, there is no more religions coming after Islam. There are no Ambiya and Mursaleen coming after this Prophet SAW. And ALLAH SWT made this the most perfect religion for the mankind. This is specific to the deen of our Propeht SAW.
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ أَكۡمَلۡتُ لَكُمۡ دِينَكُمۡ وَأَتۡمَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ نِعۡمَتِى وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡإِسۡلَـٰمَ دِينً۬اۚ
May ALLAH grant us to follow the perfect deen of ALLAH, and keep us steadfast to the deen, and we die taking this religion in our hearts.
